Choose your size, colour and any special details when you order. We email an order confirmation so you can check your measurements, and changes before we start making your dress are free.

Every dress is made to order. Making takes around 15–20 working days in quieter months and 25–30 working days in peak season, plus 3–5 working days for shipping.

Yes. Free colour customisation is available from our colour chart.

Because each dress is made to your measurements, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a size chosen in error. If we make a mistake (wrong size, colour or style, or a quality problem), email service@happyprom.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll put it right with a refund or replacement.

Ideally at least nine weeks before your prom: around seven weeks for making and delivery in peak season, plus two weeks spare. Use the order-by table below.

Contact us before ordering. Rush making (7 or 14 days, plus 3–7 days shipping) may be possible, and some catalogue dresses in stock can be sent out within 12 hours on working days.
