“How early is too early?” is the wrong question. What matters is how long your dress takes to reach you, and that depends on how you buy it. A dress from a shop can come home the same day, but the choice shrinks as prom gets closer. A dress made to order needs weeks to be made and delivered, so you need to plan backwards from your prom date.

HappyProm UK dresses are all made to order. In busy season, making takes 25–30 working days and shipping takes 3–5 working days, which is about seven weeks. We recommend two extra weeks, so you have time for any changes or delays.

Because every dress is made to your measurements, accuracy matters. You’ll get an order confirmation by email, so check your measurements then. Changes made before we start making your dress are free. Returns are only accepted if we’ve made a mistake, and you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your dress, so it’s worth getting it right the first time.
